    The following points are to be noted while submitting the application:

    • All uploaded documents must be clear, legible, and complete in all respects.
    • Documents are to be uploaded only in PDF, image (jpg/png/jpeg), or Excel formats as applicable.
    • Documents must be correctly titled to reflect their content (e.g., Licence, Registration, Fire NOC, CEA license).
    • Avoid uploading scanned copies that are blurred, cropped, blank or taken at an angle; documents should be properly scanned.
    • Ensure that the latest and valid versions of statutory licences and certificates are submitted.
    • Multi-page documents should be uploaded as a single consolidated file, not as separate pages.
    • The application should be reviewed thoroughly before submission to avoid incomplete or incorrect uploads.
    • Any misrepresentation, tampering or falsification of facts/ documents will be dealt as per the Policy for Adverse Decisions.
